Quietly persistent and always professional

We have sold and bought with Walter and Mair and have found all staff involved to be extremely professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with throughout. Despite many obstacles along the way, we have felt consistently, patiently supported and listened to. Sara in particular has been a pro-active, empathetic member of the team, willing to spend time to talk and give much needed reassurance. In a process which has been fraught with the incompetence of others involved, Walter and Mair have always been A star.
