We have read all the government guidance and are speaking to our clients. We have decided to open the office, but we are taking baby steps and the policies and procedures we have in place go over and above the government guidance and legislation. We are taking this step after much consideration and planning (we have spent the last 7 weeks planning for this possibility) and we have all the PPE that we deem essential in place.
A brief summary:
* There will only be 1 person in the office at the moment. If that person is out on an appointment the office will be shut. We are still working remotely, so emails and phone calls will still be answered as they have been over the past 2 months.
* If you would like to come into the office we would ask that you make an appointment first - we have hand sanitiser at the entrance to the office, and ask that you maintain a 2m distance at all times.
* We are conducting viewings and valuations, under very strict guidelines. Anyone wanting to view a property should first view the property by booking a 1:1 virtual viewing with us (it is a proper video tour ). Our virtual viewings have been well received by buyers over the past 7 weeks.
* For physical viewings, there is a requirement for buyers to wear PPE which we will provide.
* If ANYONE is displaying symptoms of COVID-19, or is self isolating, they MUST NOT attend a viewing.

The most important thing is that everyone keeps safe. We will be doing what we can to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID 19, but please be rest assured that our employees and clients health and safety is at the core of our procedures, and if we need to make more restrictive adjustments at any point in time, we will not hesitate.
